(1) The committee meeting will be held at least four times a year.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman. The notice of the meeting of the committee shall be given to the members by the secretary at least fifteen days before the meeting (3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee shall be deemed to have been reached.
(4) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(5) The decision of the committee will be certified by the secretary.
(6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
